Elizabeth and Timothy’s wedding in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, began with Elizabeth, her bridesmaids and close family members all gathered together to excitedly prepare for the day’s events in a beach cottage beside the Atlantic Ocean. After Liz completed her final bridal touches, she walked along the boardwalk to see Tim for the first time on the rooftop of the Atlantic Sands hotel where their ceremony was held overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Following the ceremony, Liz and Tim finished the day with a beautiful wedding reception at the best Delaware Beach venue, Salero – and Oceanfront penthouse level wedding venue on top of the Henlopen Hotel in Rehoboth Beach. The final couple’s final farewell was a sparkler sendoff that lead right out of the Henlopen to the Atlantic Ocean… the perfect ending to a perfect day! :)
Thanks so much to Liz & Tim for choosing me to photograph this beautiful wedding of yours!
Liz & Tim: Atlantic Sands and Salero Wedding in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
Kristen and Jason’s wedding was a day of travel throughout the beautiful Brandywine Valley area of Delaware and Pennsylvania. They both got ready at the Concordville Hotel in Glen Mills, PA. We then arrived at the Calvary Episcopal Church in Wilmington, DE for their ceremony, followed by wedding photos at the majestic Nemours Mansion in Wilmington and the ended the day with their reception at Kings Mills in Media, Pennsylvania.
As you can see from the photos, Kristen and Jason were attentive to every detail and everything came together in a beautiful and cohesive wedding day. I had such a great time with this couple and their family! One of my favorite parts of the day was the portrait session at Nemours. Kristen and Jason were so easy to photograph and Nemours gardens has virtually no bad angles. The Nemours staff member who assisted us was also wonderfully kind, helpful and truly made the session go smoothly in spite of the sprinkling that threatened to end our session early.
Kristen & Jason: Nemours Mansion and Kings Mills Wedding
Kristen and Jason picked the grounds surrounding my photography studio here in Delaware as the location for their photo session – I was so excited! They are the first couple I’ve had the honor to photograph there! Kristen is very creative and came with some of her own ideas for the shoot as well. We joked about doing a shot of them being chased by zombies in the surrounding scenery. A zombie shot would be very appropriate for Kristen and Jason, since one of their first dates involved being chased by zombies at a haunted house! :)
I think we got some excellent shots even without the zombies. They were naturals in front of the camera and so cute together! I can’t wait for their wedding at Kings Mills in Media, Pennsylvania this summer! :)
Frances is a fellow wedding photographer, so I was flattered when she contacted me to photograph her own spring wedding. Frances and Daniel had their wedding at the Chesapeake Inn in Chesapeake City, Maryland. Every single detail was meticulously planned and created by Frances herself, in keeping with her nautical themed wedding. Her “do it yourself” methods truly reflect her elegant and simple sense of personal style.
As you can see in the photos below, the gorgeous venue, decor, and couple made this a beautiful day to photograph.

I have photographed many weddings alongside Rob Korb Photography and I haven’t yet posted any of these images. The dreary winter months seem like the perfect time to change this and showcase some of the beautiful flowers that bloom at Baywood Greens – the kind of backdrop wedding photographers in Delaware dream of!
Jessie & Art chose Wyoming, Delaware near Dover, for their fall engagement photos. They first mentioned Wyoming Mill Pond, but after driving around the area for a bit, I passed by Fifer Orchards and was quickly excited by all of the beautiful color and sunlight beaming through the exhausted peach trees. I am so thankful to the people at Fifer Orchards for allowing me to shoot these photos on their property.
The setting couldn’t have been a more perfect for the fall backdrop that Jessie & Art were hoping for!
There are many things that make fall a wonderful time of year: the weather, the food, the beautiful colors, the family gatherings and the moments when we express our thankfulness for family, friends, and the many blessings in our lives. Melissa and Will’s wedding was beautiful and abundantly filled with everything that makes fall so special. Below are some of my favorite images we captured to help them remember the little moments that were so important to them on their wedding day. These are some of the happiest moments of a day that I know they will always treasure.
